Burt Houtz over 30 years’ experience in the medical market. In the last 5 years, Burt successfully led a unique $18M healthcare strengthening partnership with the US government. He has implemented extensive clinical and research laboratory programs, with government partners, in dozens of countries.

Previously, Burt worked with Becton Dickenson to develop flow cytometry solutions for customers performing cell analysis in clinical and research laboratories.

His work has grown markets, product acceptance, and utilization. This also resulted in life saving and self-sustaining capacity building solutions in multiple countries.

Burt earned a BS degree at the University of California at Davis in 1981 and obtained a state license in Medical Technology shortly thereafter.
